Helpful Tips
How to prepare your design file
Using any CAD software (V Carve, Sketch Up, AutoCAD etc.), prepare your designs in a 2D vector format.
Our C.N.C. machine bed size is 3000x1500 (10"x5").
Prepare your design file to fit that template size.
Ensure you have a tolerance of at least 6mm between cutting lines and keep in mind internal edges won't be completely square due to the cutting tool being cylindrical.*
Lead time
Average lead time is around 10-14 days.
The C.N.C. process
This starts with sending us a design file that we prepare for our C.N.C. machines.
We send the files back to confirm.
We then schedule manufacturing and follow up with delivery or collection day.
